 Consider our strategic planning retreats. What began almost a decade ago as a staff request to be part of the planning process has evolved into an innovative and fun way to use our retreats to build a powerful team and exchange ideas that will create strong long-term relationships with our clients. Our retreats were featured as a case study in the Journal of Accountancy in March 1996. We repeated the retreat again in 2004 with similar success.

 Finally, another honor of which we are proud is being a winner of the "CPA Digest 50 Award". Editors of CPA Digest annually recognize 50 small to medium-size CPA firms that have demonstrated outstanding achievement and innovation in the accounting profession. In 2008, the North Bay Biz also awarded us "The Best Accounting Firm" in the North Bay award. We feel privileged to be able to continue serving the community we have been a part of for the last 76 years.
