Kelly McGlinchy
Kelly McGlinchyCPA
Kelly joined Linkenheimer in November 2019. She graduated from San Jose State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and from Sonoma State University with an executive Master’s degree in Business Administration. Practicing in public accounting since early 2010, Kelly has experience providing assurance services to private companies in various industries including wine, craft beverage, retail, manufacturing, broker-dealer, technology, construction, and professional services industries. She also has experience in providing various accounting and consulting services to clients including transaction advisory, financial due diligence, and valuation related services. Kelly holds an active CPA license in California. She is committed to professional and business development and providing quality service to business partners and clients. Kelly is currently providing accounting, consulting and attest services to clients primarily in the wine, retail, construction, and manufacturing industries, including financial statement audits, reviews, compilations, and improvements to internal control.

Kelly is a member of various professional organizations including the American Institute of CPAs and the California Society of CPAs. She is an alumni of the Leadership Santa Rosa program Class 36 and is actively involved with the Santa Rosa Chamber of Commerce, and also volunteers on multiple local Boards. Kelly enjoys playing soccer, hiking, traveling, and volunteering in the community.

Anya Cunningham

Anya began her career in public accounting in 2007 and joined Linkenheimer team in 2012. She provides tax planning and consulting services to businesses in various industries. Anya’s clients include firms in manufacturing, construction, agricultural, distribution, and service industries. In addition to general tax compliance services, Anya has specific consulting experience with business financials, operational and exit strategy needs, business purchase and sale related services, transition planning, other significant capital transactions, entity selection, and other advisory services.

Anya is dedicated to helping clients achieve business success by helping them establish practical and sound tax and financial processes. Focused on services for small to medium sized businesses, Anya is committed to delivering tax, financial and advisory services that meet each client’s unique objectives.

In her spare time, Anya enjoys spending time with her husband Brandon and two sons Max and Jack. Anya also enjoys traveling, hiking, hot Pilates, yoga, meditation and spending time with friends and family here in Sonoma County and her native Ukraine, among many other things.

Anya is a member of American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the California Society of Certified Public Accountants.

Chris Jones
Chris Jones
Chris leads Linkenheimer’s marketing and technology innovations, combining his insights from CSU Chico’s International Marketing program with a practical, people-first approach. Joining the firm in 2001, Chris has played a key role in shaping its culture and technology strategies.

In his day-to-day, Chris oversees marketing, IT, and helps with the firm’s internal cultural development and community engagement, always emphasizing the value of each team member. His ability to articulate and communicate the firm’s story is a testament to his deep understanding of the intricate relationship workplace culture and the success of a company.

Outside the office, he finds solace in camping and hiking, often exploring the wilderness to balance his tech-laden life. His engagement in professional associations like Leadership Santa Rosa reflects his commitment to community and leadership development. He also enjoys travel, cooking for family and friends and exploring the local restaurant scene, along with participating in the occasional cooking competition.

Family life with his wife Jennifer and sons Sawyer and Max is central to Chris, as is his dedication to community service, including volunteering at the Redwood Empire Food Bank and contributions to the Elsie Allen High School Foundation.

Chris Jones is not just an employee, but a team player at Linkenheimer; he is a storyteller, a bridge between technology and people, and an advocate for a culture that values innovation, connection, and personal growth.

Nina Gashnikova
Nina Gashnikova
Nina joined Linkenheimer in June 2016. She graduated from San Francisco State University in 2012 with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with an emphasis in Business Management. As a CMA (Certified Management Accountant), she has worked with numerous individual and business clients in management accounting and controllership, strategic planning and execution, process and performance optimization, and more. She especially has a passion for working with small- and medium-sized local businesses to help them stay on a sound financial and operational track. Nina enjoys spending her spare time training in weightlifting, gardening, creating charcoal art, cooking up a storm, and reading.
Jan Coulter

After mini-careers in woodcarving/furniture building and massage therapy, Jan returned to SRJC as a re-entry student in bookkeeping. She graduated from Sonoma State University in 1998, with a BS in Business Administration, concentration in accounting. She pursued public accounting, working in two local firms but found tax season a bit grueling while being a single parent to her daughter, Kyla. She then went to work for Sonoma State University as a Business Manager of the Anthropological Studies Center, retiring after 11 years. In 2014 she returned to public accounting and landed with Linkenheimer in 2017. In their spare time, she and her husband Andy support a small school in Thailand, teaching young men and women from Burma. Their support also includes the opportunity to travel there and teach in the school for a month at a time.
Joshua Warren
Joshua WarrenCPA
Josh graduated from the University of California, Riverside with a B.S. in Business Administration (concentration in Accounting) and joined Linkenheimer as a tax-season intern in 2012. After that he developed his career with other public accounting firms, specializing in preparing tax returns for small business entities, and becoming a Certified Public Accountant. He got the opportunity to return to Linkenheimer full time in January 2019. Josh enjoys cooking, gaming, and singing in the choir and praise team at his church. He also serves on the church’s Board of Youth, and gets to hang out with the teens and encourage their spiritual growth.
Joelle Smith
Joelle Smith
Joelle joined Linkenheimer in January 2011. She graduated from Sonoma State University in 2011 with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with an emphasis in Accounting. During the summer she plays on an adult co-ed slow-pitch softball team and has been with the same team over 15 years. Joelle was born and raised in Geyserville, California. Joelle enjoys reading, volleyball, softball, fishing, hiking, overland camping and spending time with friends and family along with her dogs and cats. Her current favorite activity is cuddling her baby, Barrett, born early 2023.
Jennifer Brown

Jennifer joined Linkenheimer as an intern in February 2013. She was hired on full time after she graduated from Sonoma State University in 2014 with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with an emphasis in Accounting. Jennifer was raised in Windsor and is now raising her three daughter’s there with her husband and dogs. When not working she is likely cheering her kids on at sports event, camping and driving her husband nuts.
Andy Vedder
Andy VedderCPA
Andy joined the firm in September of 2015 with three years experience in public accounting. After a successful career running his own business, Andy decided to pursue his higher education and studied at Santa Rosa Junior College and Sonoma State University, where he graduated in May of 2013 with both a degree in Business Administration – Accounting and Economics. He uses this dual training, as well as his previous small business experience, to provide a unique approach to tax and consulting projects that emphasis’s understanding the industry structure and incentives within which a business operates. A recent resident of Ukiah, he enjoys the rural beauty and open spaces of Mendocino County. Andy enjoys volunteering at his children’s Santa Rosa United soccer teams and is active in their public school education.
Megan Orr

Megan joined the firm in January 2020. She graduated Summa Cum Laude from Sonoma State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Accounting. Practicing in public accounting since early 2014, Megan has experience in the manufacturing, wine, craft beer and craft beverage industries amongst a variety of other industries. She enjoys working with individuals, small to large flow-through entities, and the owners of those entities. Her services include tax compliance, tax planning, consulting with tax transactions and assistance with dealing with multiple taxing government agencies. Megan is a member of the American Institute of CPAs and the California Society of CPAs. She serves on the Board of Directors at Chop’s Teen Club as the Treasurer and volunteers her time to the community. She loves hiking, camping, and spending time with her husband and daughter.
Rodrigo Nunez
Rodrigo Nunez
Rodrigo graduated from Sonoma State University in December 2017 with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with emphasis in accounting. During his academic years Rodrigo worked full time as a Restaurant General Manager to support his studies and his family. Rodrigo joined Linkenheimer as a tax intern in November 2017 and became a full-time associate right after his graduation from SSU. In his free time, Rodrigo enjoys spending time with his family in any outdoor activities or family gatherings. Rodrigo and his family also enjoy visiting his hometown Michoacan Mexico at least twice a year or whenever possible.
Antony Gonzalez
Antony Gonzalez
Antony is born and raised in Sacramento. He found his way up to Sonoma County by attending Sonoma state University. Graduated in May 2021 with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration: Concentration in Financial Accounting. He was the captain of the Sonoma State Men’s soccer team for three years and still continues to play at a good Amateur level. He joined Linkenheimer in February 2021 as an Intern and became full time June of 2021. He is currently a Volunteer coach at South Santa Rosa soccer club coaching a u-12 girls team. On weekends, he enjoys playing soccer, coaching, hiking, camping, backpacking and when possible watching some premier league. Don’t forget, a couple cups of coffee a day keeps the doctor away.

Kyle joined the firm in June 2022. He graduated Georgia Southern University in 2009 with a double major of Accounting and Information Systems and received his CPA designation in 2012. Kyle has pursued a career in public accounting as a tax professional, assisting small and medium sized business entities with tax and consulting services. Kyle lives in Georgia with his wife Ashley and stepdaughter Kayla, and too many cats. He is also dog-dad to Cheddar, the world’s most handsome Corgi.
Natallie Cataraha-Berry

Natallie joined Linkenheimer in June 2019 with a longstanding history in Controllership and Operations. Having an analytical mindset has provided her with opportunities to manage various projects focused on enhancing the productivity and profitability in small to mid-sized businesses. She has always been intrigued by the details which leads into one of her favorite passions, photography. She admires the talent of photographers and she never misses a moment to capture images of her own adventures. With her roots in Hawaii, she, her husband and two boys travel to Kona frequently to spend time with their family and enjoy the island life.

Kari joined the firm in 2011, coming from a background in sales and marketing in the food industry. Her experience in working with people and developing organizational systems has proven invaluable for Linkenheimer. She enjoys spending time with family and friends and exploring all that Sonoma County has to offer.
Charla Balkin
Charla Balkin
Originally from Ohio, Charla moved to Santa Rosa in 2007 and joined the Linkenheimer team in May 2019. She has a strong background in customer service and office administration, and looks forward to applying those strengths with our team. Prior to Linkenheimer she worked for a local non-profit surgery center. Charla is the proud mother of four, and can always be found near a basketball court cheering them on. In her spare time she and her husband enjoy exploring beautiful Sonoma County.
Nader Samarah

Nader joined Linkenheimer in January of 2022. He graduated from Sonoma State in December of 2021 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a focus in accounting. Nader has grown up in Sonoma County going to Analy High School. He is a die-hard Warriors fan and if he is not in the office, you can find him at your local basketball court playing pickup. He also enjoys lifting weights, concerts, and travelling. In the near future, Nader plans on getting his CPA license and continuing on his path as a CPA.
Samantha Shelley
Samantha Shelley
Sonoma County native, Samantha, began as an intern at Linkenheimer in January 2019 and became full time in January 2020. She is a member of the Redwood Empire Estate Planning Council to support her interest in trust, estate, and gift taxes and her community. She enjoys spending time with her elderly cat, Coco, and her family.

Wizra Arif
She was born and raised in Pakistan and moved to the United States with her family in 2014. She joined Linkenheimer as an intern in August 2021 and was hired on full time after graduating from Sonoma State University in December 2021 with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with an emphasis in Accounting. In her free time, she enjoys reading and spending time with family and friends.
Buffi Frazier
Buffi Frazier
Buffi brings almost 20 years of accounting and finance experience to the firm. She earned her MBA from UC Davis in 2006, emphasizing in accounting and statistics. Before initially joining Linkenheimer in 2008, she worked for Fireman’s Fund Insurance Company as a Sr. Finance Analyst. After spending her first 11+ years with Linkenheimer as our controller, she left the firm for 2.5 years to focus on her family. She was thrilled to return to us in December 2021. Buffi is well organized, detail-oriented, and is highly analytical. She enjoys assisting clients with establishing good accounting practices, cleaning up and maintaining their books, and closing books at year end. Buffi previously served on the finance committee for the YWCA of Sonoma County, and on the Boards of Stewardship and Education at St. Mark Lutheran Church in Santa Rosa.

In her spare time, Buffi enjoys spending time with her husband and two kids watching Los Angeles Angels baseball and Anaheim Ducks hockey. She loves to travel, especially to National Parks throughout the United States, getting stamps in her National Parks Passport. In addition, she and her husband enjoy traveling to the UK as often as they can. Buffi also enjoys cooking and reading.

Daniel Riccobouno

Daniel joined Linkenheimer in September 2019 with 4 prior years of experience in public accounting and 2 years of experience working in the accounting/finance department at a small rural hospital. He grew up in the suburbs of Portland, Oregon and graduated from Portland State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration – Accounting. Daniel passed the CPA Exam and became licensed in August 2016.

Daniel and his wife Samantha enjoy watching their girls grow up and learn about the world around them. Prior to the birth of his two daughters in 2020 and 2022 Daniel enjoyed spending weekends out on the golf course, a place he misses dearly.

Leslie joined Linkenheimer in 2006 after working many years as a substitute teacher for Santa Rosa City Schools. She thoroughly enjoys her role here supporting this bright, dedicated team. Leslie comes from a large extended family, has five grown children and four grandchildren, and enjoys visiting her clan whenever possible.

Christina joined Linkenheimer in January 2023. She earned her BS in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting from San Jose State University. She grew up in Los Gatos, California and moved to Sonoma County in 2002. In her free time, Christina enjoys spending time with her husband Scott, their two boys Kai and Kellen and their dog Maggie.

Der Lor
Der joined the Linkenheimer team in December 2023. She was born and raised in Sacramento and moved to Sonoma County to attend Sonoma State University. She graduated in 2017 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, concentrating in Accounting, and has been practicing public accounting as a full-time tax professional since, assisting small to medium sized business entities as well as individuals with tax services. During her free time, she enjoys learning photography, tending to plants, and travelling with friends and family when the opportunity arises.
William Cassayre

Originally from Washington, William moved to Santa Rosa in 2023 and joined the Linkenheimer team in May 2023. He graduated Summa Cum Laude from Central Washington University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a specialization in finance. William’s hobbies include travel, exercise, and cooking. In his spare time, he enjoys trail running, lifting, hiking, and competing in triathlons.
Jake Martini
Jake Martini
Jake Martini is a Sonoma County native received his undergraduate degree from UC Davis and a master’s in business from the University of San Francisco. Jake came to Linkenheimer in 2024 from a career in corporate finance and wine agribusiness. He enjoys working with small- to medium-sized companies on their manufacturing, inventory, and operational planning efforts.

Jake has served on a variety of non-profit boards, including the Sonoma County Harvest Fair and the Russian River Valley Winegrowers. He currently volunteers his time with Sonoma County Sheriff Search and Rescue, supporting operations in overhead and search management.

Jake lives in Windsor with his wife, Elizabeth, and son, Zachary, who is starting to give his dad a run for his money on a mountain bike. Spare time is enjoyed swimming, trail running, and chasing after Zach.
