What is CCH Client Collaboration

This tool is designed to streamline and simplify the collaboration process and will replace NetClient and Onvio. With this platform, we can efficiently work together on tax and accounting matters. Its features enable quicker responses, reduce the need for back-and-forth emails, and help us keep all our communications and documents in one secure location. Client Collaboration will be used to send and receive your electronic organizers, engagement letters and e-sign your tax return. 

Client Collaboration brings the best products of the CCH Axcess suite together in a complete and comprehensive workflow design.

  • Clients can log in to a centralized client hub that contains everything they need for you to prepare their tax return.
  • Starting with the engagement letter, clients can electronically sign it through our integrated eSign tool.
  • The tax engagement continues to the digital organizer and pro forma document request list.
  • To wrap up the engagement, the taxpayer can use eSign to sign the 8879, then have the return delivered to their hub.

Note For Mac Users

While Client Collaboration is designed to work across a variety of platforms and operating systems, we recommend using the Google Chrome browser to use the collaboration hub. If you notice something doesn’t seem to be rendering correctly, make sure you are using Chrome. Mac users have reported issues with files not downloading properly in Safari. This problem is resolved with the use of Chrome as the browser.
