4. Scheduling and Consultations

Appointments are scheduled and managed through Microsoft Bookings, which processes your scheduling information on our behalf as a service provider. When you book, you agree to receive confirmations, reminders, and follow-up communications related to your meeting.

Consultations may be recorded for note-taking and quality purposes. We do not record every meeting. When a meeting is recorded, we will tell you at the start and obtain consent from all participants; if you prefer not to be recorded, we will turn recording off.

Please do not share confidential financial information (such as account numbers, Social Security numbers, or tax detail) when booking or during an initial consultation. We will collect what we need securely through our client portal once a formal engagement is in place.

5. Use of Personal Information

We use your personal information to:
